Tracy V'Dub Club Group Camping Trip @ Lake Del Valle

Starting Friday, April 30th & Departing on Sunday, May 2nd 2010

Slade, Brandy & I went to Lake Del Valle Campground together to scope it out and get the details for everyone.

Here's information you will need if you want to join us!

1) You must call 1-888-EBPARKS or go online to www.reserveamerica.com on Friday, February 5th or later, as they only reserve out 12 weeks in advance. BOOK EARLY - If you wait too long they may book up or you may not get the site(s) you want. There is an $8.00 reservation fee.

2) You must reserve and pay for your own camp site(s), unless you're going to coordinate sharing a site with a friend and they reserve for you. Note: max of 2 sites may be reserved per family, max 8 people per site, max 2 vehicles per site, vechile #2 is $6.00 per night, and a 3rd vehicle may be parked in overflow parking (if space is available), also $6.00 per night.

3) We'd like to plan for our group to be in the Family Campground - Phase A, Sites #'s 1-9 (w/water sewer hookups @ $25 per night) and tent sites # 10, 11, 57, 58, 60, 62, 64 (no water/sewer @ $20 per night). No electric hook ups at park. (Note: If you have an RV you can check the parking pad length by clicking on the specific site #)

Also if you don't want to camp out or can't camp due to other reasons, please feel free to join us for day use - $6.00 per car.

so far our loop sites 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64 are all reserved

there are spots on other loops still available

As for the potluck....

I talked to Brandy & Chuck and if everyone can plan to bring their own main dish (for their own family)
then we can put all the potluck items contributed on a table where we can all share.

Please check the potluck list for updates as to what will be brought!
